Congratulations to Margaret Woodhouse who took a massive 1 min 10 seconds off her parkrun PB on 23 February. Margaret has been steadily improving since returning to running after having a pacemaker fitted and recently her progress has really taken off.

Harriers Success at NATIONAL MASTERS TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Early reports from the Emirates Arena in Glasgow indicate success for a couple of the Harriers more “experienced” athletes. Ian Johnstone took Gold in the M60 3000 metres. This underlines a fantastic recovery for Ian who suffered very serious injury
National Masters XC – Forres *updated*
