Intermediate Endurance (mixed terrain) - Senior Endurance group for senior athletes. Flexible training including structured sessions and runs over road, trail and hill. 6.30pm Tuesday and Thursday from outside Inverness Leisure Centre with something varied/longer on a Sunday morning. Endurance (Road) - SeniorWe are an endurance group for senior members focusing on 5K to Marathon. We meet at 6pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and occasionally weekends. Location and terrain varies depending on time of year and group goals.
