GREAT NEWS – Huge congratulations to Rachael MacKenzie who won Gold at todays National Seniors Indoors Championship at Glasgows Emirates Arena.  The big news is that Rachael jumped a PB of 1.80 and with that posted a Commonwealth Games standard.
