Bannerman Kicks of the Year with a Win
Jenny Bannerman kicked off her 2013 campaign with a win and PB at the RUN 4 IT Proms 3k race in Aberdeen. She sprinted home in 10.09 taking 3rd place overall just 4 seconds after winner Neil Jaffary of Aberdeen

New Years Day Run 2013
REPORT COURTESY OF InvernessParkrun Some 17 parkrunners (many of whom were also Harriers Joggers) met at Tomnahurich and set off on the New Year’s Day run to the mast. With frequent stops, we followed a well-trodden path along the canal
