Good luck to everyone competing in the Gold and Maroon vest this weekend.  There are events across the disciplines this weekend with track and field at the National Combined Events Championships and Superteams Under 12s in Grangemouth. There is plenty of off road action too with the Meall an T Suidhe Hill Race, Hald Ben Race and Nethy Explorer 12k.

The highlight for the Senior men is the District 10k Championship which runs as part of the elite section of the BUPA Edinburgh Run on Sunday. 3 Harriers seniors have been selected for the North team, these are Donnie Macdonald, Dean Cunningham and Paul Miller.  Look out for the trademark flying start from Paul Miller who will no doubt be leading the race for the first 50 metres.
