National Cross Country Relays

Well done to all the IHAAC Athletes who took part in Saturdays National Cross Country Relays at Cumbernauld.  Full reports on the post race night out have been received but not too much information on the running performances. Full Results and Reports are available HERE

CULLODEN BATTLEFIELD RUNS

Congratulations to all the Harriers who took part in the Culloden 10k and 17.46K road races.  There were plenty Gold and Maroon vests on show especially from the Joggers group who had a great day out. The club enjoyed a 1st and 2nd in the 10k with Paul Miller showing Darren Dean a decisive finish to prove that despite recently returning from honeymoon and being close to super veteran status the is plenty life left in the old dog.

Leicester Marathon

Congratulations also to Dougie Lamont’s for a cracking time for the Leicester Marathon of 4 hours 13 mins.
