SUCCESSFUL SWITCH ON

Queens Park Athletic Stadium was lit up last night with the first ever Open Graded Meeting under the new floodlights installed by High Life Highland. Around 130 participants got their summer season under way in slightly cool conditions and enjoyed the experience of competing under the lights. The big Switch On was performed by Colin Baillie MBE who is a Freeman of the City of Inverness and who has coached hundreds of junior athletes over many years. Finlay Sutherland from High Life Highland was on hand to ensure Colin hit the right button with Harriers President Charlie Forbes the meeting manager also in attendance.
