First a reminder that it’s the next club handicap race this Sunday 3rd January round the bught park with registration at the club hut from 1pm with junior races at 1.30pm and seniors after juniors have finished.
Usual costs are juniors £1 and seniors £2 and if runners could bring sandwiches,cakes or biscuits for afterwards it would be much appreciated.

At 10am tomorrow (31stDec) the junior endurance group are meeting for efforts on hopefully Canal Park and then out for a run. We will meet at grandstand. Approx 1:30 mins session? Bring XC and Road Shoes. Open invite again to anyone at the club wanting a run tomorrow. See you there!

The Inter District match is only 10 days away and if you are unsure of times on the day and also course details then it is available on Scottish Athletics website or Keith has also printed off details which are available to anyone who requires it.
