Good luck to the clubs athletes both young and old who are taking part in the North District Championships tomorrow.  Lets hope for a load of great performances and a few medals along the way, best of luck but most of all enjoy the day and the experience.

Also on offer to club athletes prepared to take on a few hundred miles this weekend are The Castle Mey 10k, Dunvegan 10k and Stornoway Half/10k.

This weekend a large contingent of the clubs female athletes will be running the Race for Life at the Bught, get down to cheer them on or sponsor someone for this great cause.
