NATIONAL XC CHAMPIONSHIPS – THIS SATURDAY

It is hard to believe that the Cross Country season is nearly over and that tarmac and tartan track will soon be the surfaces of choice once more. It seems like only yesterday that the club were setting off up the A9 to “enjoy” the rain soaked peaty fields of Caithness! But here we are near the end with Saturdays National XC Championships in Falkirk set to bring down the curtain on what has been the best XC season for the club in a number years. There is a big club entry for Saturday and it should be a cracking day out with many other North clubs also making the annual pilgrimage to Callender Park in Falkirk.
For those going down on the bus be sure to be ready to leave the Matalan Car Park at Inshes Retail Park at 0630, bus is a snip at £10. If you have any questions please contact your coach or Keith Geddes.
Good luck to everyone competing.
