JENNY TAKES ON THE PRIDE OF IRELAND

Jenny Bannerman made her second international appearance of the summer in a three woman Scottish team in the Frank Duffy 10 mile road race in Dublin’s Phoenix Park on August 20th.

In a race which was also full of Irish talent and included two former Olympic marathon runners plus an unselected Rio qualifier, Jenny took seventh place and was the second Scottish woman across the line.

On a day of gales and rain which found the leading athletes around three minutes away from their best, Jenny’s time was 61:01.
