Jamie Bowie set a new personnel best and new club record of 46.31 seconds to win his heat at the Great Britain World Championship Trials on friday the 12th July to put him through to the semi finals on the 13th July with a very good chance of making the final,this improves his previous best of 46.52 seconds which he recently set in Cork on July 2nd.
