Inverness Harries is holding a throws event on Friday the 19th July 2013 from 6pm to 9pm for U13s up to senior age groups male and female its open to all clubs who wish to take part with registration from 6pm to 6.30 pm at the Harriers club hut and will include shot putt,javelin,discus and hammer(older age groups only)and will cost £1 per event,for anymore information contact Duncan Flockhart or Keith Geddes through the Harriers website or phone numbers or facebook page,if you want to take part please let us know ASAP.
