Duncan Flockhart is delighted to announce the staging of the clubs successful indoor open  shot putt competition at Inverness Sports Centre.

The first open meeting is on Saturday 13th February with registration from 1130. Under 11s will start at 12 noon and subsequent age groups thereafter up to senior.

A second meeting will follow a similar format on Saturday 12th March
