gothen

With the Gothenburg trip fast approaching, there are a number of very important issues. It cannot be stressed strongly enough how important fundraising is to the success of the trip and how everyone must get involved in the effort. Also overdue payments for the trip must be paid.

2ND PAYMENT NOW OVERDUE

The deadline for the second payment for the trip was 10th April and as of today only 11 out of 26 payments have been received.  It is vitally important that these payments are made to Duncan Flockhart or Donnie Fraser by the end of this week.

FUNDRAISING COFFEE MORNING – 25th April 8.30am – 2pm at the Old High Church Hall, Academy Street (next to Farmfoods)

Saturday 25th sees an important fundraising event with the Clubs Coffee Morning which will be held at the Old High Church Hall on Academy Street, Inverness from 8.30am to 2pm.  It is very important that all participants get involved in this event by selling tickets, helping on the day and getting people to come along.

All athletes going to gothenburg should get in touch with Wendy Flockhart regarding the coffee morning as she needs to know who is available to help set up, serve, clean up etc and if the athlete is not available then a member of family can help instead. Wendy also needs to know who will be baking for the event to ensure there is enough refreshments for the event. Please contact Wendy on  01463 793479 by Monday 20 April or speak to her at Sunday’s  open graded meetin

All ticket sales for coffee morning should be returned to Evon Watts. Evon is coach the with the throws group and money should be placed in an envelope with athletes name and how many ticket they have sold. Any questions, contact Wendy on the number above.
