Not to be outdone by the youngsters two veterans more than held their own at Pollock Park in Glasgow on Sunday the 18th in the GB Masters 10K with Stan Mackenzie placing 3rd and 1st Scot in the over 50s race with Alex Sutherland finishing 5th and also 2nd in the over 65s category with these good performances hopefully the two of them will gain selection for the Scottish team for the cross country International in Wales on November.
