Club athletes are looking out their thermals for what looks to be a chilly 4th race in the Run4It North XC League at Forres tomorrow.

The club bus leaves Matalan at 1030 with seats still available to athletes from all age groups. Cost is £6.  Junior runners are reminded that this race goes towards the overall selection for the teams representing the club at the National XC Championship in Falkirk on Sunday 22nd February.

Paul Rogan and his team at Forres Harriers have been working hard to re-route the course to avoid fallen trees and speeding sledges brought about by this weeks wintery weather.  The course will be a great tester and should provide an excellent challenge to all age groups.  The senior men and women teams will both be looking for strong performances to consolidate their leads in the overall team events but should face tough opposition from Forres, HHR and Moray.  Details of tomorrows event can be found at http://www.northleague.co.uk/NDCCL-CLOUDNEXT-14-15/14-15-FH.htm
