MENS LEAGUE

Very well done to all the athletes that took part today in some glorious weather in Inverness. The team finished the day in 5th place and a good number of international athletes turned up to run in Inverness which was good to see. Thank you to all the officials and helpers today and to those who came to watch. A thank you to Sam Freck who worked hard to get the match in Inverness and organised background work to ensure a smooth running of the event.
Inverness Harriers organisers, officials and athletes did the club proud.

YDL – Next Sunday – Dundee venue now confirmed instead of Aberdeen

Next Sunday (21st June)sees the final YDL league match take place in Dundee instead of Aberdeen due to the track be replaced.

The club got off to a great start with a tremendous result in the Inverness match with a 60 point win over Team North and Aberdeen further back in 3rd place With a good result in Dundee the club should make the Scottish final in Grangemouth later in the year.

For all those travelling there will he a bus leaving Matalan car park at 7.30am sharp costing £8 so if anyone requires a seat please let Keith Geddes know ASAP.
