Congratulations to Lorna Fife and Fiona Mackay for superb organisation at Wednesdays Dochfour Dash. A lovely evening on a fine course. Well done also to all the runners for some excellent performances. The after race spread was up to the usual standard of gastronomic excellence.
Inverness Harriers had some strong performances from the handful who entered so a big well done to them.

Tain 10k. A bunch of mugs were on show at the Tain Gala 10k and some cups from the local pottery were available as prizes too.

Gordon Lennox secured another victory in the mens race just ahead of Graham Bee. Stan Mackenzie of Forres split the IHs with Paul Miller 4th and Jenny Bannerman 5th overall and first lady. Alex Sutherland, Adam Peters and Roma Shepherd all produced good performances to secure the much sought after Tain 1ok mug.  RESULTS HERE
