*****CROSS COUNTRY AT DORES THIS SATURDAY*****

The 4th North District League Match is on this Saturday(18th Jan)and we are looking for a big turnout of athletes for this fixture as it is our home match and the first time that we have used Dores for x-country,its for all age groups from U11s to Senior age groups if you are planning to run could you please let your coach know ASAP so we have an idea of numbers for all teams,its been a good start to the season for many age groups and with a good turnout it could make all the difference come the last match in February when the medals are being decided,many thanks.

Can all U11 to U15 age groups meet at Dores Inn carpark at 11am to be ready to walk the courses for about 11.15am and please bring waterproofs,wellies and warm clothing just in case the weather turns wet and cold.

Anyone still wishing to run who hasn’t told their coach can you please let them know ASAP.
