Four of the Inverness Harriers throws coaches had an early start to make the trip to Grangemouth on Sunday to attend the National Coaching Development Day,National throws coach Duncan Flockhart was accompanied by Janis Wilby,Karen Smith and Yvonne Watts who were treated to some throws master classes held by UK lead coaches Malcolm Fenton(hammer),Ivan Washington,Bryan Roy(both discus and shot putt)and David Parker(javelin)all four picked up vital tips and information to take back up the road to Inverness.

Also some of the older athletes in Dunacns throws group got the opportunity to travel down and take part in some of the sessions with Adam Hobson,Paula Gass,Daniel Wilby,Mary Flockhart and William Watts all picking up valuable experience from the UK lead coaches and enjoying the development day.
