Can you complete 3K in less than 18 minutes?

If so then you are invited to the Cantray 3k. There will be 4 separate races based upon predicted finish times as follows:

6.45pm:  15 – 18 minutes        7.10pm:  13 – 15 minutes   7.30pm:  11 – 13 minutes        7.50pm:  sub 11 minutes

Entrants must be aged 11 or over
