Bedford today Joe had a good run but didn’t make the final  the heats  were of a very high standard. Rachel threw a PB in the u15 girls  hammer 40.91 and Abbie got silver in long jump and bronze in the 200m also had a PB in the 100m.Matt  got bronze in u15 boys  hammer with a massive throw of 51.72. Well done to all and looking forward to the Dunne brothers tomorrow.
