It really is the big one for all cross country lovers in Scotland and the time is right now to submit entries for the scottishathletics National Championships in Falkirk next month.

It would be great to finish off the XC season with a strong Inverness turnout at the Nationals which are to be held on the 23rd of February.  Closing date for entries is the end of January so we need a list of names ASAP.  Charlie Forbes will take details from a seniors wishing to run or you can email invernessharriersphotos@yahoo.co.uk and we’ll pass it on.  Remember we need name, SAL number and date of birth.  All  juniors can see their coaches for entry.
