Just a quick note to remind runners taking part in this Saturdays cross country League match that it has been changed from the Dornoch course to a new one just up the road at Edderton, a map of the course is available here on the Run 4 It North League website page.  Also midway League results have been updated and can be view here.  It would be great to keep up the excellent  Inverness turn out and keep us well represented in all age groups.
