Well done to athletes from all age groups who made the trip to Spynie for yesterdays 3rd NDCC event. Despite a few unfortunate injuries there were loads of great results across the races. The senior women of Roma Shepherd, Alison Wilson, Julie Wilson and Paula Ross won the female seniors event whilst the Senior men took second behind the unstoppable Forres Harriers quartet. The Senior men had 13 finishers with ages ranging from 20 to 65 led home by the ever improving Donnie Macdonald in 2nd place overall. Well done to Moray Roadrunners for staging a great event. Bring on the NDCCC in Evanton next week. Results and photos on the website soon
