IH top Vet Paul Miller, AKA ”legend of Inverness Parkrun” made his 23rd appearance in fine form on Saturday morning. His 20th win included a sweet new PB of 17.28 and now has approved planning permission for a new build at the Bught.  Well done Paul!!
