It was triple success for the Harriers this year at the Annual Council Sports Awards with three of the main awards going to two of our young athletes and one to our head throws coach.
The first went to Sean Chalmers who picked up the U18 Mens Sportsman of the Year Award from the Ross-Shire Council as he stays in that area, the second award went to Mary Flockhart who won the U18 Sportswoman Award of the Year who received her award from Inverness Olympian Mhairi Spence who was guest speaker at the evenings events and finally to round of a great evening Duncan Flockhart made it a family double by winning a well deserved Coach of the year for team managing another successful year on and off the track for the Inverness Club.
These awards were well deserved for all three club members after a putting in a tremendous amount of effort and dedication to their training and their events which culminated in their achievments being recognised by the Council.
