The outdoor track and field season finally gets underway with this weekends IHAAC Open Graded meeting at the Queens Park, Inverness.  A mild winter with no disruptions to Winter training sees the track stars of the North champing at the bit to dig out the 6mm spikes and erase any memory of Cross Country!

Good luck to Racheal MacKenzie in her bid to attain an outdoor standard height for Commonwealth Games Selection, it would be great to achieve this on home ground.

This weekends action gets underway at 9.30 on Sunday, about the same time that Club President Keith Geddes and the Harriers Hens will be lining up for the start of the London Marathon.
