The gold and Maroon vest made another international appearance as Grant Hassan came 59th out of a field of almost 6000 at the Madrid 10k in a time of 38.20 with temperatures in the mid 20s (celcius).  Like Jodie Lynch, Grant has shown huge improvements since joining the club and has reduced his 10k time by nearly 10 minutes in 1 year.  Great effort Grant

4 of our illustrious female harriers braved the hail stones and gusting seaside wind to complete the Portmahomack 10k.  Temperatures were also in the 20s (Fahrenheit).  Roma Shepherd won the ladies race with the ever present Gordon Lennox winning the mens race.  Full results when available. Sarah Liebnitz took on the notorious hill at the Balmoral 10k and came out £100 better off by finishing 3rd in 40.50. Next round on you Sarah.  Full results below
