Inter District Cross Country Selection – Edinburgh

There will be 20 Inverness athletes representing the North of Scotland for this Saturdays Inter District Cross Country match at Holyrood Park. The Harriers will face tough opposition from the East & West Districts at the foot of Arthur’s Seat over courses

Masters XC Course Recce, Grant Park-Forres

This Saturday 5th of January offers a chance for Inverness Harriers to recce the forthcoming Masters Cross Country course at Grant Park, Forres.  Paul Rogan of Forres Harriers is kindly setting up a session at 9am involving laps of the race

Miller wins 20 Parkruns

IH top Vet Paul Miller, AKA ”legend of Inverness Parkrun” made his 23rd appearance in fine form on Saturday morning. His 20th win included a sweet new PB of 17.28 and now has approved planning permission for a new build at the Bught.

Scotland Call up for Chalmers

Inverness Harriers Sean Chalmers is set to head to Wales next month following a Scotland call up for the Celtic Nations Cross Country international.  He is one of only four Scots picked for the U20 mens team for the IAAF age group

Club Training – Winter Shutdown
