The hundredth Inverness parkrun will take place on 27 July, and the organising team is hoping to get at least 100 runners along to mark the occasion. (Current record is 86). Many Harriers are already regular or occasional parkrunners, and some bring the family along. It would be great to see as many as possible of those who have already taken part, and some who haven’t. Please bring along any friends or family members who do a bit of running – at whatever pace. Parkrun is for everyone, whether you are aiming to break the course record, improve your own PB, have a nice sociable run, or complete 5k for the first time.
