There are various groups established within the club to cater for Senior athletes of all levels of experience.

Note: All meeting details shown below incorporate time for warm-up, planned session and cool-down (this is not running for the entire duration).

JOGGERS GROUP

The Harriers’ Joggers group is a friendly and inviting social group for runners who prefer a more leisurely paced run activity. Pace is walk-jog over various distances.

Meeting Details:  Wednesday Night, 18:30 @ Club Hut

 

INTERMEDIATE SENIOR ENDURANCE GROUP

The Harriers’ Intermediate Senior Endurance training group is led by one of the club’s coaches and sessions take place at various venues around Inverness.

This is a welcoming and inclusive group of runners who typically run 2-3 times a week and looking for a challenge.

Joining this group will bring you into contact with experience, advice and friendship whilst enabling you to optimise your running goals, whether these be improving your times for 5k, 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon distances.

Meeting Details:  Wednesday Night, 19:00

 

SENIOR ENDURANCE GROUP

The Harriers’ Senior Endurance training group is a friendly and sociable, mixed ability and age (u20 – veteran) group. The group aims to  benefit the club and North athletics. The group focuses on local and national competitive events from distance track to marathon but also offers less competitive training options and organise varied running trips/trail adventures.

The group coached sessions are at 6pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and include warm up, an interval session and cool down. There is also a 10am session on a Saturday. Locations and terrain vary according to time of year.

Meeting Details: Tuesday Night, 18:00  / Thursday Night, 18:00 / Saturday Morning, 10:00
