Coaches have checked conditions at both the Bught area and also Inverness Campus and there are too many patches of hard packed ice for either an off road interval session or pack run to go ahead safely tonight.
Enjoy a well deserved extra night off after racing hard at the District Championships and hopefully we’ll be back to normal on Thursday!

Another win for Donnie MacDonald at tonight’s Muir of Ord 5k in a time of 15.59, with Graham Bee 2nd in 16.34 and young Lucas Cairns taking 3rd male in 16.58, an excellent PB. Paul Miller was 5th in 17.30, Derek Mackenzie 8th in 18.05 and Helge Hanson 9th in 18.17. Graeme Campbell was 15th in 19.16 backed by Ross Cairns, Cairo Davidson and u11 Shaun Golden.
Emily Andrew was 1st lady in 18.58 and Anna Cairns 4th in 22.13, both girls producing new PBs. Great running also from Joanna Cairns, Lorna Fife, Elaine Barrie and Sylvia Main.
