Senior man
Andrew MacRae won this years club cross country championship in a time of 29:59 for the 4.9 mile route. The runner up was Billy Skinner (30:50) while youngster Chris Fife was 3rd in 31:28. George Mitchell won the handicap section from Chris Fife and Jim Davidson.
Jackie Mair took the women's title in 36:20 from Jenny Bannerman (36:41) with Julie Wilson 3rd in 37:26.
Jenny B also won the handicap race from Jackie M and Julie W, but may have been even more pleased with her first victory over her father Charles who finished 9 seconds behind her in the combined scratch race.
